The buyer returns the final contract duly signed and sealed via fax or email. Buyer sends to Seller the Hard copies via courier services. 4. Within (5) five days of the buyer signing the hard copies of contract, Buyer’ s bank shall provide the payment instrument covering the subsequent monthly shipments, revolving until completion of the entire contract quantity.
