Procedures:
Buyer Sends LOI + BCL (Letter of Intent to purchase) to Supplier or ICPO.
Seller sends FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
Buyer signs FCO and sends BCL or Bank Capability Letter to Seller
Seller issues Draft Contract to the Buyer
Buyer returns the draft contract to the Seller by Fax or Email duly signed and sealed.
Seller reviews it and confirms any changes that need to be made in draft contract, if agreed issues final contract for signature Buyer returns final contract signed and sealed via Fax or Email and Buyer sends Draft of their L/C for Sellers approval
Buyer issues Pre-advised L/C for the shipment value to Sellers Bank Seller issues Non-Operative Performance Bond for 2% and POP (Proof of Product.
Buyer issues Operative L/C to activate the Performance Bond Guarantee
Delivery and shipments commence as per contract
